Guess I will be a bit busy.
See the above old fossil, there? Then the fixed line telephone. Move on to the Android-On-A-Netbook, another netbook and finally, an android tab. Of course, not to mention the mobile phone that I'm using to capture this photo.
With all those gadgets on my desk, I sure connected enough.
I mean connected, connected.
Wired and wireless to the world all day, today.
Thinking back, only one of these is actually necessary. One is enough and it does all the same function and other will just become redundant. It just that we tend to have extra things as life goes on because at the acquired time, we need them.
So what now. I'm thinking of a garage sale.
RM100 each? *Duh*

It Is All Started From a Tiny Seed
Life is like an arrow shot from a bow. If the target missed, it can be dangerous.
“Urip iku pindha pesate warastra saka gandewa tang pinenthang. Lamun mleset siikii lesane mbilaeni”
Too heavy? Let simplifies it.
Please take a look at where the honeydew life cycle begins.
Here’s the young greenish blooms.

And up shooting itself into becoming a beautiful plant.

If nothing is missed, the fruitful harvest is ready to be served.

Enough the teasing with honeydew, but I bet you can feel the tingling sensation in the mouth, right? Happy fasting to all muslims. It is the thirteenth day, today.
As some of you might be fasting too, this words maybe useful.
Don’t say things when you are mad.
And there’s some things you just don’t say, even if you are angry.

The Seeker's Path 2: 'Carl Jung', not Carl Junk
Prof. Jung says that “An uninterpreted dream, is like an unopened gift from God”
By the way, it is ‘Carl Jung’ to start with. Not Carl Junk. He, I mean Jung, is one of the prominent 19th century’s scholars on psychology. One of his major work is on a natural phenomenon that each and everyone of us experienced it almost every night, dream.
And Prof. Jung did not believe that dream is just a junk piece of memory. Every dream is valuable. According to him, “An uninterpreted dream, is like an unopened gift from God”. I don’t wish to give lecture about Jung’s Dream Theories, please ask uncle Google to know more about it.
But I do want to share the most vivid that I had last night. It was so clear that it is like a verbatim copy of something that I have uttered as fatherly free advice in real life. The different is that, instead of giving advise, I’m the one who got to listen to it. Too bad that in a dream, you can’t run away but to abide by the rule of a dream world.
————————
Yes, this is really happened. In my dream. And yes, I did talked about this to someone or some people, before. The dream rewind it back to myself just like a reflection that we saw in a mirror.
So it is a vivid dream, or lucid dream. Or simply a junk friction of memory. I don’t know. Maybe it just mirroring on what I did in real life, to make myself feel how is it exactly like if someone said the same boring advice to me.
Or maybe just a fair warning so that I value life more that what I’m now.

I’m back, writing. A light kick start on personal rant that some readers may do not like. But this is a blog, who cares.
I played cat and mouse with the rain just now. Just a split second I entered the main entrance of the office, the downpour started.
Nothing much can be done outside now. It is raining, still.
And someone is still mad at me, maybe. She asked me to collect a Pos Laju thing at the post office down town. After about half an hour waiting, there the staff says “Sir, this is a credit card delivery. We don’t allow other people to collect it on behalf of the owner. The authorization is only good for other type of postal items”.
So its a credit card ma’am. I can’t collect it on your behalf. Sorry.
————————
There was a wise man sat in front of me and says these words
“Understand the value of life. Promises are meant to be broken. The true happiness lies beneath yourself, not on somebody’s else. Hatred and love is just the two sides of a coin. Once you throw it, it flips as it wishes. Know your limit well. Know where and when to stop pursuing what you desired most. Chasing tirelessly beyond it will eventually lead only to your own shadow.”
Yes, this is really happened. In my dream. And yes, I did talked about this to someone or some people, before. The dream rewind it back to myself just like a reflection that we saw in a mirror.

I don’t know for sure.

A Cul-de-sac of Life
They are pouring on their best mind, tactics and everything, but the thing does not seems to move even an inch. No progress at all or, too little progress is being made.

Impasse [ im passe æmˈpɑːs ˈæmpɑːs ɪmˈpɑːs ˈɪmpɑːs]. The origin is from French word. It means a road of passage that having no exit, a cul-de-sac.
Often it is refers to a situation that is so difficult that no progress can be made; a deadlock or a stalemate: reached an impasse in the negotiations. It can be anything, such as in business negotiation, political decision making, in a war and also, in an emotional relationship.
A husband feels he can’t do anything to salvage his family. A wife thinks her husband does not care anymore. A then loving couple can’t get along any longer or, a flirt lost the charms in a midway. In an impasse situation, normally the parties are trying the hardest, with the best possible option. They are pouring on their best mind, tactics and everything, but the thing does not seems to move even an inch. Still, it bears no progress at all or, too little progress is being made.
It is a hectic, tiring, frustrating thing to experience with. And as far as the focus, the mind usually broken into pieces.
In short, a cul-de-sac.
So, what is the most likely result of an impasse?

A business negotiation cul-de-sac - A stiffer competition like Coke and Pepsi.
A political cul-de-sac - A devastating war.

A cul-de-sac in a life of a husband and wife - Try harder, if possible.
A cul-de-sac of a new relationship? Retreat. Know your limit. And go somewhere else.

When They Want To Write Off This Old Fossil
The machine in my room has been there since 2008.
And thinking about getting older, ehh? If only it is alive, no one understand it better than this computer. It, and I mean all computers, they will die before celebrating the second birthday. I mean years. Two years is the death on natural causes in computer life cycle.

Maybe their lifecycle is extendable via hardware upgrade. But even so after 5 years, there is nothing much you can get out of it, except much of frustation, unbearable waiting time and lots of pissing off eventually.
I was happily browsing and working with it two years ago.
Was happy with Office 2007 suite, but with 2010 version it becomes a turtle.
Was considerably good with OpenOffice.Org 2.XX, but with LibreOffice 3.XX it becomes a turtle.
Was happy with Firefox 3.x, but with Firefox 12, it becomes a turtle.
Was happy with GIMP 2.6.x, but with GIMP 2.8.X, it becomes a turtle.
So with Chrome, Chromium, Seamonkey, Opera, Safari and so forth. All gecko based, trident based and webkit-based browsers variances. You name it, I tested most of them on this fossil and bring the same result.
Turtle. Turtle.Turtle.
Processor seems ok, but the memory is too tiny by 2012 standard. So its is now equivalent to a 200 years old turtle.

I gonna talk to my boss about this. But I know that he is also a turtle. Too bad that he is an equivalent of 201 years old turtle.
Getting Old, Ehh? The PC in my room does.
This is actually a turtle dilemma. The slower they are, the longer they live.

So, your life hits the rock bottom
The famous die-a-slow-death incident was by Admiral Takajiro Onishi in 1945. He ended his life as slow as possible and stabbed his belly inch by inch before eventually dies 15 hours later.

Note: My deepest condolences to a close friend of mine on the demise of her beloved mother two days ago (16/4/2012). This post may be co-incidentally related to, but it is not about her anyway.
I’m talking about up and down of life.
So one day you find yourself lay down on the bottom bed of the ocean, the bottom rock of your life due to unforeseen circumstances. And totally depressed, full of pain and sorrow. There you’re, barely alive, and hardly breathing, but still alive by the way.
Too weak and can’t do anything about everything. Can’t get yourself up and to grab a decent rope if there is any, somewhere around. And even if you have the rope in hand, pity that you can’t find a proper place to hang yourself in order to end the misery.
What a pathetic state of life, suits the ‘rock bottom’ name like the pair of glasses.
But hey, there is a good news actually. As you’re now on the deepest bottom, it simply impossible to sunk further, deeper than that.
There are only two options left. Either let yourself die a slow death, or to get up from there.
Lets talk about the first option, die a slow death.
The infamous, modern day planned die-a-slow-death incident was by Takajiro Onishi (1891 - 1945). He was the admiral of the Imperial Japanese Navy. When Japan defeated and eventually unconditionally surrendered, he committed a ritual suicide known as seppuku or harakiri in his quarters on 16 August 1945. According to the record, he purposely ending his life as slow as possible and stabbed his belly inch by inch before eventually dies 15 hours later.
You know, seppuku is an honorable act of dying for Japanese people not-so-long time ago. It is done in two steps.
First, to stab the belly wide open horizontally, and then twisting the sword, so part of the intestine piles out as the evident of honesty (see pix).

Second, when the first step above is done with, the helper (a kaishakunin / second sword - see or click the staged seppuku ritual captured by Peery, 1897 on the pix below) will beheading the person to quickly erase the pain.

It was said that Takajiro Onishi refused the second steps (kaishakunin) in order to die a slow death. He begin the ritual on 6 a.m. in the morning and dies in about 9 p.m. on the evening.
What a freaking guy he was, you sure think. Yes, it is. But he was the trained samurai, living with the warrior’s Code of Bushido.
You, on the other hand aren’t. Other than that, you’re too weak and, may not capable of handling more pain than what you already have. I don’t know what you think about this, but the best possible option is to get up. Get up, get a new life. Explore the world and you will be given the second chance, always.
No matter how hard it is, it is always better to stay alive than to die. The sooner you realize it, the better :)

:) understood. It s the virtue of living a difficult life. Even to say something like this is difficult when u r there at the bottom pit of life. One can say thing like this after he succesfully get out from there, not b4 that. But again, there are only two options to choose, either to stay alive or to die. If both dying and living are difficult to choose, then i propose to stay alive~regards.
