Thank you tumblr, for hosting this humble blog of mine. And for you folks, for spending your time reading my sometime ridiculous posts.

Is still my favorite. I don’t mind to have another blogspot accounts so long it captures my writings. Here, kadayanuniverse.blogspot.com the place I would like to continue from where the tumblr postings stop.

I have migrated all the postings here. But the comments on Disqus, it remains there for the time being as I dunno how to migrate it.

After experimenting with for about 4 months, I came to conclusion that tumblr is not for me. It is a posting friendly social blogging site, but is not user friendly. Or the features simply isn’t there to start with. A simple thing for example, no way to align the text without having to peek on the html code. It failed to meet with the minimum criteria to become a simple blog that i need.

Blogspot still IS. I don’t mind to have another blogspot account to suit what I need. So please find me at kadayanuniverse.blogspot.com to continue with where the postings stop.

I have yet to decide whether to migrate all the postings or to simply delete them altogether with this blog.

Darn Naughty TumblrBot!

Alright, I owed an explanation to some readers. Sorry if the previous posting about ‘bad mood and bot’ things hurts.



I just revamped my tumblr. You know, like changing the name, putting some new words and attempted to change the theme back and forth. And I ticked ‘Enable Ask Question to Me’ and then that silly question pops up. I typed some answers, and wala…, tumblr put it on my post for everybody to see.

Gee, what a question when I was really not in a good mood.

Last thing I checked, tumblrbot is actually a bot designed by tumblr to put up random silly questions as we enable ‘Ask question’ feature.

That’s all about it. Life is both bountiful and beautiful, Cheers.

By the way I feel better if a certain bot just shut up so I can think of something else and to figure out what is the next course of action. Are we cool, Bot?

Blue Is My Favorite Color

Note: 18 Apr 2012 - Thanks to a blogger / friend, Kay, for pointing out Tumblr possible integration with Disqus. I now integrates this blog with my facebook profile and twitter. I don’t know how to enable posting to my facebook page, yet. Also I’m still in dark on how to change the font color of the posting text. The standard html opening tag <p style = “FFF0000”>  doesn’t seems to work, neither does <font color=”green”>

Will figure it out soon :(

I’ve just completed the registration with Tumblr.

Look like that the default theme is blue, somewhat dark blue. I like it anyway and I’m not going to change it anytime soon.

Further customization? Probably, but not now. Still shaping my learning curve to move around Tumblr.

And I know some of you, my die hard fans (if there are any, lol), are watching zealously to what I’m going to do with this new Tumblr blog. Okay, seriously, nothing. I just want to keep going and continue from where I stop last time.

That is, to keep on writing.

I once said, writing is about encapsulating the flows of idea in the form of text so other can see them for as long as possible.

Please take a look at the above Alexa rank. The traffic rank  for tumblr.com is the 21st in US, and 36 in the world. The features less then blogspot, but of course richer than twitter.

So let see how it goes.

Update on 19 Nov 2012: I opt out from tumblr since Aug 15, 2012 due to some reasons. I then redirected all the feed to my tumblr account. And for that my tumblr.com account has been suspended indefinitely. I'm not complaining, No sweat!

Hello Tumblr!

I’m on Tumblr from now on. I have been blogging for too long that my mind exhausted and looking back, I’m now resting for nearly two years.

But then, actually I love to write.

Only that I don’t want to write too seriously like before, nor that I want to become too casual tweeting on Twitter every minute.

And Facebook? Nah, my home page are full with friend’s emotional displays and daily inconveniences. According to Buddha, life is samsara my friend, samsara. Unless the person realize it, he can’t free himself from the persistence chain of inconveniences.

Each to their own by the way. Now I choose Tumblr and by the look at it, I hope that I make a right choice.
